We're done
waiting for a cure.
For over 50 years…
A Cure has been “5 years away”.
Billions of dollars have been spent.
Millions of families are still waiting.
A new diagnosis every 1 minute.
1,400 new diagnoses every day.
Still No approved cure.
It’s time for much greater urgency and focus on a cure.
The Crushing T1 Foundation exists for one purpose:
To fund the most promising cure research & support the community until Type 1 Diabetes is cured.
Donate today and help us CRUSH T1D!
Our Founder
Founder & CEO Devin Holt with his daughter Caroline
Caroline was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just 10 months old. Her diagnosis changed everything. She is the reason Devin started the Crushing T1 movement, and the driving force behind his relentless commitment to bringing Caroline-and every person living with Type 1 Diabetes closer to a cure.
We don't fund “research”.
We fund the science with the greatest potential to deliver a cure.
The science has finally caught up to our hope. For the first time in history, there are functional cures and late-stage trials that are giving people their lives back—freedom from finger sticks, from dosing math, from the constant fear.
We work alongside the scientists, researchers, and innovators closest to the finish line to find the fastest, most promising paths forward—and we put your money behind them. We only have one mission—a cure.
This is our cure.
Help us crush Type 1—once and for all.
No one is coming to save us, so we’re going to do it ourselves.
This is our moment.
Every parent, every individual, every person who's tired of waiting—together we are the engine that finally crushes this disease. The more of us who stand up, the faster we get there.
Stand with us.
